MaxIt provides proactive marketing to publishers and authors, using its own proprietary system.
Authors and Publishers choose from three different levels of marketing
packages:

Our company conducts a comprehensive analysis of each title, determines potential classes of readers and ascertains the proper avenues for marketing a given title to these classes. MaxIt then creates book and author exposure by:
- Analyzing the title to determine all potential markets and establishing the profile of likely readers and, more importantly, buyers;
- Creating internet links between the title, the author if he or she has a web site, and associations, organizations, clubs and directories whose members or participants represent potential buyers.
- Securing listing of the book in over 200 search engines, using carefully prepared key-word strings to allow the greatest possible number of hits and combinations for search purposes of title, content, author’s name and publisher. Submissions to search engines will be repeated several times to insure the greatest internet coverage possible.
- Participating in book discussions of chat rooms, particularly those formed by potentially interested organizations, associations and clubs, using subtle and proprietary techniques for introducing the title to potential readers;
- Posting appropriate notices on critical message boards at pre-determined internet sites;
- Drafting and posting reviews on principal bookseller and book club sites;
- Showcasing the book at online events;
- Preparing all ebook formats of sample chapters or excerpts for download distribution;
- Drafting and releasing news releases on the internet to search engines, associated web sites, the media, book reviewers and editors, and library organizations.
- Directed emails to individuals who have expressed an interest in the subject matter and topics covered by the particular title.
- Creating proprietary book trailers, using multimedia formats, to give potential readers an exciting sense of the book.
- Continuous monitoring and updating of all the above, calculating hits and effectiveness of each campaign, providing periodic reports of activities conducted by MaxIt.
